Member health and genomic data should be stored in the European Union. The membership does not require US health-data processing. Any future processor has to fit the same data-residency and consent model.

Consent
Genetic and health data require explicit, informed consent. Members should know what is collected, why it is processed, how long it is kept, how to export it, and how to request deletion before uploading results.
What we collect
- Name and email for onboarding.
- Blood biomarker results uploaded by the member.
- Existing VCF or WGS data only if the member uses the add-on.
- Payment data through Stripe, not stored by foreverbetter.
Medical limitation
foreverbetter provides wellness and lifestyle insights. It is not a medical diagnosis, medical device claim, prescription, or substitute for a licensed physician. Concerning findings should be confirmed clinically.
