FAQ
Clear answers before you send health data.
Biomarkers are the annual baseline. DNA context, wearable data, and protocols make that baseline more useful without replacing clinical care.
foreverbetter focuses on biomarkers across metabolic health, cardiovascular risk, hormones and thyroid, inflammation, liver and kidney function, and nutrient status. Optional DNA context can add genetics-aware personalization.
We find a vetted lab in your country and handle the booking. You receive instructions for the appointment before you go. The lab fee is paid directly to the lab — we show you the amount before you commit to anything.
No. foreverbetter coordinates everything: which lab to use, how to book, and what to tell them. You just show up. Most draws take ten minutes.
Standard blood biomarker results typically arrive within a few business days after the draw. Your dashboard and walkthrough are prepared once results are uploaded and reviewed.
DNA context is optional. Existing VCF or 30x WGS interpretation can add GLI, aging hallmarks, trait scores, ClinVar, CPIC, and PRS context.
Wearables can add useful behavior context, but annual biomarkers remain the anchor because they create a repeatable biological baseline.
It is a trend indicator across core health systems such as metabolic, cardiovascular, hormonal, inflammatory, hepatic, renal, and nutrient status. It is not a diagnosis.
Your biomarker results are interpreted through the foreverbetter workflow and reviewed in a results walkthrough. The genomic interpretation layer is open source and inspectable.
